Postage & Policies
All jewellery products are pre-made, and therefore ready to be packaged and dispatched. We aim to dispatch 2 to 3 working days after purchase. Homeware items may be made-to-order. This information will be in the item description. In these cases, please allow 7 working days after purchase for the item to be dispatched.
All items will be posted 2nd class, untracked. Due to COVID-19, please remember there are delays in postage at times, that are unfortunate but unavoidable. If after 10 day working days since you received your dispatched notification, you still have not received your item, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will work out how to resolve the issue.

Packaging Your Orders
All orders are packed individually with love and care, with padding to protect your goods. Your orders are packaged using 100% recyclable materials with the exception of peanuts which have been re-used from packages we have received ourselves. We care for the environment and encourage you to re-use or recycle all materials. Let's all do our bit to protect our world.
If you would like to cancel an order, this can only be done so before your item has been dispatched. Please contact us via email at email@example.com as soon as possible. I aim to dispatch around 2 to 3 working days after purchase, and you will receive a notification confirming dispatch. Cancellation will not be possible after this point.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If in the unlikely situation that the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic proof will be required of both packaging and item in cases of damage. All outcomes will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, we do not accept returns on jewellery items. Non-jewellery item returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the customers expense, and all items must be returned including the packaging, Once received and found to be in perfect condition, we can process your refund excluding shipping.
